Biography

Dr. Khosrow Chehri is a faculty member in the Department of Biology at Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran. He holds a Ph.D. in Mycology from University Sciences Malaysia (USM) in Malaysia, M.Sc. in Mycology from Bu-Ali Sina University of Hamedan, Iran. His research interests include molecular taxonomy and morphology of fungi and the investigation and control of microbial agents associated with the skin of living animals using nanoparticles and secondary metabolites. He teaches various courses, including Mycology, Phycocology, Microbial Biology, Biosafety, Ecology of Microorganisms, Classification of Microorganisms, and Microbial Biotechnology, in undergraduate and graduate courses.
